Love and Scones - a Konigsburg Short

Peg Bracken's Oyster-Olive Dip (from the Naughty Nine Christmas part)

Ingredients
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1 can (9 ounces) smoked oysters, drained and chopped

Preparation:
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix until well blended. Fold in olives and smoked oysters.

Electronic Bookmarks

I spent a fun afternoon creating my own bookmarks for Venus in Blue Jeans--no this isn't the cover, it's all mine! Now I'm looking for places where I can pass them out. But this first release of Venus is an ebook, which (unfortunately) can't use a bookmark. Still, I wanted to share my handiwork with you.
